How do I search for a product on the Website/APP?

You can search for a product by typing the product name or product description in the search bar by clicking on the ‘magnifying glass’ search icon at the top right-hand corner of the Intune website.

 

I want to know more about stores in my vicinity. 

You can find the store near you by clicking on the Contact Us tab link at the bottom of the website. Here, you can select your city name to find the stores closest to you.

Order Related

Where can I check my order status?  

You can check your order status by logging on to www.intunefashion.com. Once logged in, please click on your name on the top right-hand corner of the website. Your order status can be viewed by clicking My Profile > My Orders

Will I have to always go to the website/App to check my order status or is there any way I can get updates?  

We will notify you through Email and SMS at every stage of your order journey. Alternatively, you can view the same by going to My Profile > My Orders on the website.

Where is my Order?   

You can check your order status on www.intunefashion.com by clicking on My Profile > My Orders. We also send email and SMS notifications at every stage of your order. 

Returns  

Can I return products in case I do not like them?  

We make every effort to ensure that customers receive adequate information about the products that we sell on Intune. Yes, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in original condition (unused,unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice & original packaging intact, failing which return may not be possible.

Can I return part of my order? 

Yes, you can. Intune has an easy 30 days Return Policy and you can initiate a return for any individual item or at an item level if you have ordered multiple items, provided the product is in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice & original packaging intact, failing which return may not be possible.

To initiate a return, please write to customercare@intunefashion.com and share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference .

By when can I initiate a return for a product?  

You may raise a return for a product within 30 days from the date of delivery as mentioned in the Return policy.

How can I initiate a Return?

You may raise a return request as a registered user by logging into your Intune online account. This is accessible from “My Profile > My Orders > View Order > Return. Alternatively, you can write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com and request a return.

We will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address through our courier within two working days from the date the request is raised.

What is the return policy?

Intune has an easy 30 days Return Policy and you can initiate a return for any individual item or at an item level if you have ordered multiple items.

Can I return the product purchased online at an Intune store? 

You may visit any of our Intune stores in the country and return the product in an unused saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice. You will be issued a credit note with a 6-month validity from the date of issue.

If I return an online purchase at an Intune Store, how will I get the refund?

In case the product is handed over at any of our Intune in an unused, saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice, the refund will be given in the form of credit note with a 6-month validity from the date of issue, and it will be redeemable for future purchases at any of our Intune Stores.

Cancellations  

I have just placed an order but I want to cancel it ? How can I do so?

You may cancel your order from “My Profile > My Orders > View Order > Edit Cancel before we bill and ship them (until the order is in unfulfilled status).

Alternatively, you may connect with us at customercare@intunefashion.comand we will cancel your order.

Can I cancel part of my order?

No, you cannot cancel part order. However, we do accept cancelation of an entire order.

My order was just cancelled? When will I receive the refund?

The refund for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders is not applicable since the payment has not been made yet.

The refund for prepaid orders will be credited as per the timelines mentioned below.  

Net Banking -  2-10 working days from the day the refund is processed 

Wallets - 3-5 working days from the day the refund is processed

UPI - 2-7 working days from the day the refund is processed  

Credit or Debit Card - 7-10 working days from the day the refund is processed  

Refunds  

Will shipping charges get refunded for a cancelled order?  

We will refund the entire order value on cancellation of your order.  

  

Will I get shipping charges refunded if I return the product?  

No, the shipping amount will not be refunded back to you. 

What is the refund policy at Intune?  

For returned products, the refund is processed in the same payment mode selected at the time of raising the return request i.e. the Original Payment Mode.  

For Original Payment Mode:  

For prepaid payments (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, other Wallets), the refund is processed in the same account that was used while placing the order. The credit reflection depends on the timeline specified by the bank. In the case of nationalized banks, you may expect a further delay for credit reflection into your account.   

For COD payments, the refund is processed through online transfers in the bank account as per the details submitted.   

If I return an online purchase at Intune Store, how will I get the refund?

In case the product is handed over at any of our Intune store in an unused, saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice, the refund will be given in the form of credit note with a 6-month validity from the date of issue, and it will be redeemable for future purchases at any of our Intune Stores.

If I have paid through COD, how will I get the refund?  

For COD orders, while placing the return request, customers can opt for a refund in their Bank Account. On selecting a bank account, customer can fill in the bank details and the refund will be processed to their bank account.  

Payments  

What payment modes can be used while placing an order?  

There are multiple payment options customers can choose from before proceeding with order placement. These options include Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets and UPI.

However, we do not accept international cards, Gift Cards and E-voucher to place an online order.

You may also opt to pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment option.

What should I do if my payment has failed? 

In case of a failed transaction the amount is auto refunded the same day. However, it will be credited back to you as per the timelines shared by the bank/card policy.

My payment has been deducted but the order number has not been generated. What should I do?  

Ideally, in this situation, the amount will get auto refunded to your account within the stipulated timelines as per your bank’s policy. However, if case of discrepancies you may write to us with required details give below:  

  1. Your first and last name  
  2. The email ID from which you were trying to place the order  
  3. The date, time and amount of the transaction  
  4. Name of your bank  
  5. Payment mode

Is There Any Difference Between The Product Sold At www.intunefashion.com And Intune Physical Stores?  

We offer the same high quality and genuineness of products across all our channels of distribution and sale. 

Is There Any Price Difference Between The Product Purchased From www.intunefashion.com And The Stores?    

For the most part, the price of products sold across all our channels is the same. However, there may be some differences during special promotions or events running on specific channels on a specific date and/or time.  

What Should I Do In Case Of Quality Issues In The Products?  

We only sell 100% authentic products. You can be rest assured about the genuineness and authenticity of products sold on Intune both online and in stores. However, in case of any issues with the products you receive, please write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com sharing your concerns.

I Have Received Damaged Products. What Can I Do?  

At the time of delivery, if you realize that your product is damaged, please refuse the shipment and inform us. If you have realized the damage after accepting delivery, please write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com and share details of the product damage and relevant images within 24 hours of delivery. 

I Have Received Broken/Torn/Defective Products. What Can I Do?  

We do have a thorough quality check procedure of products before dispatch and take the utmost care of products while packing and delivery. However, if you have received torn/defective products, please write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com with details of the product damage and relevant images within 24 hours of delivery. 

Order Placement  

How do I place an order?  

To place an order, first log in with your registered mobile number/email ID.  

  1. Select the product(s) of your choice  
  2. Add the product(s) to your Bag  
  3. Click on the Bag icon on the header   
  4. Choose the delivery option as per your convenience and PIN code   
  5. Click Checkout   
  6. Select the payment method and proceed to pay  
How can I track my order?  

You can track your order on www.intunefashion.com by clicking on My Profile > My Orders.

How many orders can I place in a day?    

For COD orders, you can place up to 5 orders per day, with a maximum limit of 25 orders per month.  

For prepaid orders, there is no restriction for the number of orders you can place per day or month.  

Are there any restrictions on the product quantity when I place an order?  

We do not have product quantity restrictions. However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may verify the order to ensure that you have indeed ordered the specified quantities. We will notify you accordingly. 

Can I modify the address once I have placed an order?  

Yes, you can modify the address once the order is placed. However, you need to inform us within an hour of placing the order so that we can make the necessary changes accordingly. 

Can I modify the PIN code of the delivery address after the order is placed? 

We cannot modify the PIN code for a received order after it is placed. However, if you wish to change the PIN code, you could cancel the order and place a new one with the revised PIN code.

You may cancel your order from “My Profile > My Orders > View Order > Edit Cancel before we bill and ship them (until the order is in unfulfilled status).

Shipping & Delivery Policies  

My order has been shipped. How can I cancel it now?  

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, we shall forward your request to our courier partner and try and return the order. In the interim, if the products are out for delivery, we request you to refuse the shipment.  

The refund for the returned shipment (RTO) will be processed within two working days from the date the shipment is delivered to our stores or warehouse. The refund for prepaid orders will be credited back to you in the same payment mode you used to place the order.  

If I am not at the shipping address when the parcel arrives, can it be handed over to someone else?

At the time of delivery, the courier person will call you and you may then instruct him to hand over the shipment to the specified person.  

In case I am not at the shipping address, can the order be redirected to someone else?    

You cannot redirect your order to another address or person. 

Can I send different products to different addresses in one order?  

You cannot send different products to different addresses in a single order. However, you can place multiple orders and get different products delivered to different addresses. 

Do you sell outside India?

Currently, we are only making deliveries within India.  

What are the delivery charges for orders?  

We charge a delivery/conveyance fee of Rs.99 for an order value equal to or below Rs.999

We also charge an additional Rs.35 on COD orders.

Do you charge conveyance fees?  

We charge delivery/conveyance fees of Rs.99 for an order value equal to or below Rs.999/-

We also charge an additional charge of Rs.35 on COD orders.   

These amounts will be auto added to your order summary and would be visible on the checkout page.  

How can I get free shipping?  

To avail free shipping, you can place an order value equal to or greater than Rs.1000/-

What is the delivery time frame?

We normally deliver orders between 5-7 working days.

Do I need to be present while accepting my order?  

Yes, it is advisable to be present at the time of delivery. 

Can I reschedule my delivery in case I am not available?  

Currently, we do not have facility to re-schedule the delivery. However, the courier person will attempt the delivery thrice as per standard courier policies. 

Will shipping charges get refunded for a cancelled order?  

We will refund the entire order value on cancellation of your order. 

Will I get shipping charges refunded if I return the product?    

Yes, the applicable shipping amount will be refunded to you.

You can use your mobile number to create an account on Intune by registering on www.intunefashion.com

Can I have multiple accounts with one Mobile No.?  

No, you cannot have multiple accounts using one mobile number.

Can I have multiple accounts with one Email ID?  

No, you cannot have multiple accounts with one email ID. 

Can I delete my existing Intune account?  

You cannot delete your existing Intune account. However, you could write to us from your registered email ID requesting to deactivate or disable your Intune account. We will get the account disabled within two working days. 

I am a guest user. How can I update my profile?  

A profile update link is shared with you on your order confirmation e-mailer.  We request you to update your profile as soon as possible to avail the benefits of being a registered user. 

Can I place an order via guest user or is it mandatory to create an account before placing an order?  

You can proceed with placing of an order as a guest user. However, we shall be sending you the profile update link on order confirmation mailer. We request you to get your profile updated at the earliest to avail the benefits of registered user such as Better Service, Faster Checkout, Cash-On-Delivery etc. 

Why should I create an account if I place an order as a guest user?  

You can place the order as a guest user. However, if you register on ssbeauty.in, you will be eligible to avail a host of benefits such as Better Service, Faster Checkout, Cash-On-Delivery and much more.

How can I change my mobile number on my Intune profile?  

Please write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com from your registered email ID mentioning the reason for change of number and we will get the new mobile number updated on your profile within two working days.

 

I have discontinued my mobile number. If this number is allotted to someone else by the service provider, will my account be safe?  

Please write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com from your registered email ID mentioning the reason for change of number and we will get the new mobile number updated, and remove the old number from your registered profile within two working days.
