Shipping & Delivery
Intune is a fashion destination offering affordable fashion across India. While, we try our best to dispatch products as soon as possible, in unusual circumstances the delivery of the products may take up to 7 days approximately as per local guidelines.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded in the manner the payment was made.
If your order has multiple items, these may ship from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive an email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you had ordered.
We service most of the PIN codes for delivery within India through our various courier partners’ robust logistics network. The serviceable location might differ for Prepaid & Cash on Delivery Orders. We do not deliver products outside India.
A customer might check the serviceability of the PINCODE before placing an order on the Product Description Page under the Delivery Service tab through the PIN code or on the Cart Page at the time of placing the order.
We do not allow modifying the address or PIN CODE of the order once the order is placed. Hence, in such a case, we suggest cancelling the order and placing a new order with the correct address or PIN code.
We usually deliver the order in 5-7 working days from the date it is placed.
The best attempt is to deliver the order within the stipulated delivery timeline. However, in certain scenarios order delivery may be delayed due to operational challenges, regional restrictions, bad weather, flight delays, high volume of shipments during sales, or other unprecedented events.
The delivery fee of ₹99 will be charged for an order value equal to or below ₹999/- This amount will be automatically added to your cart at the time of placing the order.
All items (including gift orders) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price as per Indian Tax Regulations.
The ordered products will be dispatched through our courier partners. Once products are dispatched, a notification via SMS and email along with the link to track your order will be sent to the customer. The tracking link would become active post 24 hours from the time link is received.
Customer can view the Order status by logging into their Intune M-site or website (i.e. Platform) under My Profile.
Once the order reaches the destination & is out for delivery, the customer would receive a notification regarding the same. Our logistics partner might also contact the customer through a call on the registered mobile number informing the shipment is out for delivery.
In case of any order having multiple products, there is a possibility of these getting shipped from different locations resulting in multiple consignments being received by the customer. The customer would receive status update and tracking links for each of these consignments and would be notified via email & SMS communication.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the customer’s order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order and send an email informing the customer about the same. In such cases, the refund of prepaid orders will be processed to the same payment mode that was used while placing the order. The refund for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders is not applicable in case of cancellation. The discount coupon code, discount voucher, or any promotional offer used at the time of purchase is non-refundable in case of cancelation.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or is damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package and write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
If the customer has accepted the delivery of the order and then noticed that the order is not in good condition, is damaged, defective, incorrect or there is a discrepancy in order delivery, the customer is requested to write to us at customercare@intunefashion.com informing the same along with the images of package and product within 2 working days from the date of delivery accepted or receipt of delivery SMS or email communication. Any request raised thereafter shall not be accepted.
If a customer claims non-receipt/non-delivery of any order, we request to notify us within 2 working days from the date of receipt of delivery by SMS or email communication, else we shall understand that the order is delivered to and any request raised after that will not be accepted.
In case our courier partner is unable to deliver any order within the stipulated timeframe, the shipment will be returned to us and a refund will be processed in the same payment mode that was used while placing the order. The refund for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders is not applicable in case of cancellation. The discount coupon code, discount voucher, or any promotional offer used at the time of purchase is non-refundable in case of cancelation
The courier partner will make two attempts to deliver the order at your delivery address mentioned while placing the order. If the order is still undelivered, the shipment will be returned back to us and a refund will be processed in the same payment mode that was used while placing the order. The refund for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders is not applicable in case of cancellation. The discount coupon code, discount voucher, or any promotional offer used at the time of purchase is non-refundable in case of cancelation. In case, if you still wish to have the order, we request you to place a new order.
We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time by placing a prominent notice on the Platform. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Platform.
