- By participating in this Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Offer is provided by Shoppers Stop Limited (“SSL”), regd. office - Umang Tower, 5th Floor, off Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064 and entitles participating customers to avail a discount of Rs. 500/- off on minimum purchase of Rs. 2000/- from select INTUNE Stores (“Offer”).
- Subject to the Terms mentioned herein, participating customer would receive a Unique Code (“Code/s”) that can be redeemed to avail a discount of Rs. 500/- on the purchase of merchandise worth Rs. 2000/- or more from any of the select INTUNE retail stores run by SSL in Delhi NCR and Bangalore region (“Eligible Stores”).
- This Offer is valid only for Indian citizens aged 18 years and above, residing in India.
- In order to participate in the Offer, customers shall scan the QR code printed in the newspaper advertisement of the Offer using their mobile devices. The device used must have an active internet connection and a QR code scanner application functionality compatible for QR code scanning.
- To receive the Code on their mobile device, participants are required to play a fun game hosted by the INTUNE microsite. The participant would be required to share their valid phone number and full name at the screen appearing after completion of the game. Participants would be required to accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy on INTUNE. The Code will be generated, after completion of these steps.
- Each mobile number is eligible for only one Code, regardless of the number of attempts in the game.
- The Code will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone number via WhatsApp and /or SMS, based on the details provided by the customer.
- By participating in the Offer, customer consents to receive the Code and promotional messages from INTUNE via WhatsApp Business Account. Customers can unsubscribe from future promotional messages at any time by replying with ‘STOP’ to any WhatsApp or SMS message from INTUNE.
- Participant understands and agrees that INTUNE will not be responsible for any technical issues including scanner not working on the customer’s device, any delayed or failed delivery of the Code due to network issues or any errors or malfunctions during the game.
- The game is intended solely for entertainment purposes and to determine the Code eligibility. Any attempt to manipulate the game or generate multiple Codes fraudulently will result in immediate disqualification from the Offer.
- The game is not a game of chance. Every participant successfully completing the game would be eligible to receive the Code upon completion of all the steps of the Offer as mentioned hereinabove; there is no nexus between the score points of the game and the discount percentage.
- Codes can be redeemed at Eligible Stores only during the validity of the Offer, i.e. from 14th December, 2024 to 31st December, 2024 (both days inclusive) (the “Offer Period”).
- Customers are required to scan the QR code and complete the participation steps of the Offer only during the Offer Period. Further, the Code cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period.
- To redeem the Code, the customer must present the Code (received via WhatsApp or SMS) at the Eligible Store at the time of purchase.
- Each Code can only be used once, during the Offer Period. Once a Code is used, it cannot be reused or reissued.
- This Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value.
- The Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or schemes during the Offer Period.
- INTUNE reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion without prior notice, in case of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
- INTUNE is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the Code. No replacement will be issued for lost or stolen Codes.
- By participating in this Offer, participants agree not to hold INTUNE or its affiliates liable for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or expenses that may arise out of participating in this Offer, including but not limited to any technical issues, loss of Codes, or failure to avail discount through the Code.
- INTUNE reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the Terms at its sole discretion, or to replace wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw this Offer without any prior notice.
- The personal information provided by the participants (including name and phone number) will be used as per INTUNE’s Privacy Policy available at https://intunefashion.com/policies/privacy-policy.
- This Offer is subject to the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
